InNight - Frequently Asked Questions

The InNight service refers to deliveries mainly carried out overnight, where the driver is able to access the recipient's facilities.

Individual item more than 35 kg, the package must be packed on base. Pallet height can be up to 2.0 m and a weight of 1000 kg.

The standard address card (STE or relevant) approved by PostNord is used as a consignment note. In addition to the consignment note, we also need EDI preliminary information. This is why we recommend using the easy Pacsoft Online shipment management system, which supports our products. Read more about the shipment management system.

Transportation can be ordered for any products or packaging materials to be returned using the InNight Online – delivery order system. Return shipments are generally collected from customers when delivering goods.

The delivery time depends on the dispatch time and location, but generally shipments collected during the afternoon are delivered the following morning by 07:00.

We deliver shipments to recipients mainly at night, according to a previously arranged schedule. The products are unloaded in a previously arranged locked room. We are responsible for unloading the products in the required location. A delivery scan is a replacement for a signed consignment note.

Yes they can, as so-called "limited quantities" (LQ).

When using the InNight service, the recipient cannot pay for the freight.

The overnight delivery service is implemented according to the place of delivery report agreed between PostNord and the customer.
