PostNord MyPack Collect for businesses - Frequently asked questions
PostNord MyPack Collect parcels can be sent to Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
For Finland, Sweden and Denmark, you only need a parcel label. Shipments sent to Norway must also go through customs clearance. Read more about customs information.
In addition to the consignment note, we also need EDI preliminary information. This is why we recommend using the easy Pacsoft Online shipment management system, which supports our products. Read more about the shipment management system.
The weight of the parcel can be 0.150 kg to 20 kg. More detailed size limits can be found in the MyPack special terms and conditions.
Because the parcels are stored at room temperature at the collection points, it is not possible to send goods that are perishable or that require temperature-controlled transport. More specific information about the restrictions applicable can be found in the MyPack special terms and conditions.
Always use only new, high-quality packaging materials which are sufficiently strong and will not break even if the cardboard boxes are stacked. Please ensure that the box is sufficiently spacious to allow padding materials to be placed inside. All old parcel labels, non-essential stickers and other shipping information must be removed.
Filler material must be added to the package in order to prevent the movement of its contents during transport. Freight items which are easily broken or damaged must be packed in individual packages. The package contents must be protected on all sides by filler material.
Parcels must be tightly sealed with non-tear tape suitable for transport packaging. String, cord or paper wrapping must not be used. The shipping documents and necessary labels must be attached on the top side of the cardboard box. "Top side" means the largest level surface of the box. Shipping documents must not be attached over a seam or on top of tape. To be on the safe side, the sender's address details must also be placed inside the parcel.
The customer must collect their parcel at PostNord collection point.
You can find your nearest collection point in the internet. When using the Pacsoft Online system, you can choose the collection point requested by the customer or use the default collection point suggested by the system. If you want to offer your customers the possibility to choose the collection point on your site, we can agree on the provision of a collection point database that is updated weekly.
If your parcel is already on its way, you will no longer be able to change the collection point.
We collect the shipments from you and deliver them the collection points through our depot network.
As a seller, do I always have to inform the customer when the parcel is available for collection?
We send the recipient an arrival notification in the manner chosen by you – by text message, email or mail – when the parcel has arrived at the collection point.
The recipient must provide proof of their identity when collecting the parcel. If they so wish, the recipient may authorise somebody else to collect the parcel. The person collecting must carry a letter of authorisation signed by the recipient, and they must be able to prove their identity at the time of collection.
Yes, you can choose the cash on delivery (COD) method. In this case, the recipient may make the payment either in cash or using a debit card when collecting the parcel.
The parcel will be held at the collection point for fourteen (14) days. After this time, it will be returned to the sender for a separate fee.
Yes, we offer a MyPack Return service for customer returns. This parcel label can also be printed, for example using the Pacsoft Online system, and then either attached to the outgoing parcel or sent to the recipient for example by e-mail.
