Private Customers

If your parcel is already on its way, you will no longer be able to change the collection point. However, if the sender has not yet dispatched the parcel, please contact the sender's customer service.

As a general rule, the parcel will arrive at the collection point on the second working day following its arrival in Finland. For example, a delivery from Central Europe will normally take about 3–5 working days.

You will receive a preliminary notification by text, email or letter.

The parcel will arrive at a collection point close to the recipient's delivery address. Some of our partners also offer the option of choosing the most suitable collection point when you order products from their websites.

You can track the progress of the parcel on our website using the MyPack shipping number given to you by the sender.

The parcel will be held at the collection point for fourteen (14) days. After this time, it will be returned to the sender.

A returned parcel must always include a return parcel label; the parcel cannot be shipped without one. If the original parcel does not contain a return parcel label, you should contact the sender's customer service and arrange the returns procedure with them.
