If you have received a notification about an attempted delivery you were unable to receive, you can make changes online for a redelivery. You can book a redelivery time or address for the consignment. Pick up at a terminal is also available by request.
Sign in to the system with the notification tracking code and barcode digits. Please note that you should enter the entire number on the barcode without parentheses.
