ERPConnect – Move data automatically to Pacsoft Online

Your company can save in costs and minimise the mistakes by automating consignment note printing and electronic data interchange (EDI) from your computer system to PacSoft Online.
By using the ERPConnect service, you will connect your company's main system (enterprise resource programme ERP), warehouse management system (WMS) or online store) to the Pacsoft Online service.

This enables you to automatically use, for example, the following information in Pacsoft Online:

  • recipients
  • transport packaging
  • order numbers
  • references
  • delivery services
  • additional services

This is how you can start using the ERPConnect service

The implementation requires the creation of an .xml text file from the customer's ERP system.

  1. Contact your ERP supplier for producing a printing note.
  2. Order an ERPConnect licence from Pacsoft Online's extranet online store.
  3. Install the ERPConnect the software (as a service on a server or a workstation).
