Information about the application
If your parcel has been delivered to a collection point, the application will show you the location and opening hours of the collection point. The application also helps to manage your returns. If you like, you can activate the notification feature so you’ll remember to check your bank account to see that you’ve received the refund for your return.
The application is available for iPhone and Android.
How do I add a shipment to the application?
With iPhone, add the shipment by pressing the plus sign at the top right corner. With Android, the plus sign is at the bottom right corner.
What is a shipment ID?
A shipment ID is a unique series of digits and letters created for each shipment. Usually, you’ll receive the shipment ID from the parcel sender by e-mail. Sometimes the shipment ID is also called a tracking code or tracking number.
How can I delete a single shipment from the application?
You can archive shipments by swiping your finger left across the row you wish to delete.
How does the “Close to your shipment” reminder work?
You can activate a notification on the application to remind you about a parcel at a collection point near you. When you activate this function, the application retains the collection point coordinates, alerting you whenever you are near the collection point. Your location is thus not transmitted to PostNord.
