Parcel to a collection point
Unable to collect a PostNord MyPack Collect parcel that will be delivered to a collection point?
You can simply forward the arrival notification you have received to another person who can pick up your parcel on your behalf. Alternatively, another person can pick up your parcel by stating your name, tracking number and shelf location on the arrival notice at the pick-up point. The person collecting the parcel must have their own identity card.
Home delivery parcel
Not in when your parcel was delivered to your home or place of work? A member of your household or another person in the company can sign for the parcel for you.
If no one will be there, the parcel can also be delivered without anyone signing for it by using a power of attorney. Print and fill in the power of attorney below and send it to PostNord by email. Detailed instructions can be found in the power of attorney.
You can also send a power of attorney by sending a free-form e-mail to asiakaspalvelu.fi@postnord.com. The e-mail should include the name and address of the recipient, the tracking number of the delivery and an indication that the letter is valid for one time only and applies only to the mentioned consignment.
