Collection Request is an additional service for PostNord Parcels. It is used when you or a third party needs to receive returns.

Booking and delivery

We will collect the parcel from the sender. Our driver will bring the parcel label, so all that is necessary is to pack the goods. If you place an order before 3 p.m., the parcel will be collected from the sender on the following working day.

We will deliver the parcel within Finland in 1–2 working days, and from elsewhere in Europe in 2–7 working days.
