Was you shipment damaged, or was it lost completely or in part?
The party paying for the freight can file a claim for compensation of the shipment.
The most convenient way to make a claim is through our customer portal. You can join the customer portal by contacting our sales team.
If you are not yet a customer portal user, you can also fill out a claim form you will find under the customer service icon that appears at the bottom right of our site.
You can also request a claim form from our customer service.
The damaged good and its packaging material must be kept for our inspection. The damaged goods and packaging material must not be discarded without our approval. Our liability for damages is based on our terms of contract as well as the general agreements and imperative legislation binding the transport industry.
