Lähiboksi is a PostNord parcel machine that works via a mobile application and Bluetooth. You can pick up your parcel from Lähiboksi around the clock.
How do you order your parcel to a Lähiboksi?
When ordering from an online shop, select delivery to a pick-up point and select PostNord Lähiboksi from the delivery options. Please note that delivery to the Lähiboksi is not the default pick-up point, but should always be selected separately. When the parcel arrives, you will be notified by the mobile app and / or via SMS.
How do you open the Lähiboksi locker?
To open the locker, you need the PostNord application downloaded to your phone and a Bluetooth connection. Register in the application using the same contact method that you have indicated in the online store. Select the package you want to pick up in the app and you will get instructions to open the locker. You do not need a separate code. If the locker does not recognize the connection, try standing closer to the Lähiboksi. How do you return a parcel to a Lähiboksi?
Like picking up a parcel, returning it also works via the mobile app. You need the PostNord app downloaded to your phone and a Bluetooth connection to open the locker. Attach the parcel's return address card to the parcel. Select the parcel you want to return under "Send". Find a suitable Lähiboksi and reserve a slot there for return. The compartment is reserved for 30 minutes. Open the locker near the Lähiboksi and place the parcel there. Close the door.
