We deliver - even easier than before

A uniform range of services in all the Nordic countries

Our renewed services and related additional services will be available in all the Nordic countries. This enables us to uniquely support our customers’ operations in the Nordic area in the future.

With the new customer portal, our services will be more transparent and easy to use

Customer Portal will serve as a channel to PostNord’s services and offer an easy way to monitor shipments, invoicing and quality reporting. In addition, any refunds will be claimed through the customer portal in the future.

Our Nordic portal is web-based and does not require any installations or software downloads. The customer portal will be gradually introduced throughout 2018.

Clarity to our current services

Pallet services

Our domestic and foreign pallet services will be merged. The new service will be calledPostNord Pallet, and it will be available in the Nordics, in the Baltic area, and elsewhere in Europe. The Terms and Conditions will remain the same.

Groupage services

In Finland and the Nordic countries the new name of the service, applied to shipments of under 2,500 kg, will bePostNord Groupage. For heavier shipments and full loads, the service will be calledPostNord Part loads. The Terms and Conditions will remain the same.

Parcels for businesses

The name of the DPD Classic service will change toPostNord Parcel. See new Terms and Conditions here.

Parcels for consumers

Regarding the MyPack Home service, customers will be able to pick up a shipment also without a signature. Otherwise the MyPack services will remain unchanged.

New additional services bring added value to you and your customers

We will complement our range of basic services by launching a number of additional services to support our customers’ operations.

  • a carry-in service for both parcels and pallet shipments
  • a product-specific delivery schedule before 9am or 12
  • import services from the Nordic countries
  • a more extensive returns service from consumer customers to online shops (includes collection and enables returns of shipments of over 20 kg).
