Return with code
You have received a return code from the original sender of the parcel via text message, email or in the PostNord app. The code can be either a barcode or an eight-digit numeric code.
If you have a numeric code, you can return the parcel by writing the code (eight digits) and your name clearly on different lines on the parcel with a permanent marker and taking the parcel to either our service point or a parcel locker. Make sure that the original address label has been removed or covered.

Lähiboksi parcel lockers
You can only return a parcel if the original sender has created a return shipment and it appears in the "Send" section of the app.
- To return to Lähiboksi, you need a return code and the PostNord app.
- Write the 8-digit return code and your name on the parcel.
- Click on the information about the parcel you want to return and you can search for the nearest return point.
- Once you have found a suitable Lähiboksi location, you can reserve a suitable size slot. The reservation is valid for 30 minutes.
- If you have a barcode for the return, scan the barcode on the parcel with the camera, after which the application will inform you that the slot is reserved.
- Take the parcel to the slot within 30 minutes. You can extend the time once by 15 minutes.
- At the Lähiboksi, connect the application to the Lähiboksi via Bluetooth.
- Click "Open slot". Open the door and put the parcel there. Close the door.
- The application will inform the parcel that it is "waiting for pickup"
- The "How it works" button will give you further instructions.
- You can also track the returned parcel in the PostNord application.
Pakettipiste parcel lockers
- On the display of the parcel locker, first select “Send”
- Follow the onscreen instructions to scan or enter the barcode on the return address label. Finally, select "OK".
- Select the appropriate size locker for the parcel. The display shows how many lockers of different sizes are available.
- No receipt will be printed for the return. Scanning the shipment during return serves as an acknowledgment.
- If the parcel does not fit in the locker, the parcel can be returned to another PostNord pick-up point
