With PostNord MyPack Home, you can send parcels weighing up to 35 kg, which are collected from you and delivered directly to the customer’s door. You have to be a contract customer to be able to use PostNord MyPack Home.

Delivery options

With MyPack Home, the receiver is able to choose the date and time of delivery, and state within which time intervals it is convenient to have the item delivered.

The recipient receives a notification via SMS, email or mobile app the day before the first possible delivery time. The recipient also receives a link to a page on which delivery options can be selected. It is easy to follow shipments with the mobile app.
