Do you need your parcels to be sent door to door in every part of the world? Then you should choose our international express delivery service, PostNord Global Parcel. We deliver parcels right to the recipient’s door – everywhere in the world. Naturally, you can also track your shipment at all times.

How it works

As our contract customer you can send packages to all over the world.
Prepare your shipment using our Pacsoft online shipment management tool
and at the same time order a separate shipment to our postal terminal in Vantaa.

We can also arrange regular collections. If you send parcels frequently, we can agree on fixed collection times.

Parcels are always delivered right to the recipient’s door.

Delivery Time

Delivery time for parcel shipments:

  • EU: 2–4 working days
  • Elsewhere in Europe: 3–7 working days
  • Africa: 4–10 working days
  • North America: 4–8 working days
  • South America and Asia: 5–12 working days
  • Oceania: 5–10 working days

The delivery time is calculated from the date when the shipment arrives at PostNord’s postal center. The delivery times do not include the time spent waiting for customs clearance.

Parcels must have an address card that complies with PostNord’s instructions.


International express parcels are delivered to the recipient’s home by the national postal service in the destination country. If delivery is unsuccessful, the recipient is sent a written notification that the parcel has arrived, and the parcel can then be collected from the local post office. There may be differences between the means of delivery and notification depending on the country.


The price is based on the size of the parcel and the number of parcels being sent.

Parcel Contents

We are liable for shipments worth up to EUR 5,000 per parcel. The service cannot be used to send products classified as hazardous.

Shipments within the EU

Shipping documents must always be attached to internal EU shipments.

Shipments outside the EU
