Delivery from door to door throughout the Nordic region – every day
Do you want to gather all your parcels and pallets together in one delivery, which we collect from you and ship to the recipient anywhere in the Nordic region? Then our easy-to-use door-to-door PostNord Groupage service is what you need.
We pick up your combined shipment (parcels and pallets) and deliver it to the recipient. Pickup takes place on weekdays from Monday to Friday, and delivery is possible throughout the Nordic region. Each shipment is trackable, so you can follow its location and estimated delivery time.
PostNord Groupage is suitable if you
- want to gather all your parcels and pallets into a single delivery
- want us to collect the goods from you
- want to be able to follow the goods’ journey and know when they arrive at the destination.
Pre-notifications and pick-ups
You have to submit an advance notification before you use the PostNord Groupage service This can be done in various ways:
- With Online Shipping Tool, our web-based transport administration tool for service agreement customers.
- Via another transport administration system (TA system) that is approved by PostNord*.
- Via your own file format that has been approved by PostNord.
Deliveryfor PostNord Groupage
PostNord Groupage consignments are delivered to recipients Monday - Friday (except on public holidays). You can check the estimated delivery times at the delivery time calculator. The service includes one delivery attempt to the recipient. The service does not have a delivery time guarantee.
How to use the service?
With the Online Shipping Tool, you can make reservations, print shipping documents and create electronic pre-notifications for PostNord Groupage. You can download reports for review and tracking as well. You can also use your own PostNord-approved transport management system (TA system).
Addtional services
Dangerous goods (ARD) - FI, SE, DK, NO
A PostNord Groupage shipment may contain a limited amount of dangerous goods with certain exceptions. Read more about dangerous goods.
Limited quantity of dangerous substances (LQ) - FI, SE, DK, NO
This additional service must be selected when sending a limited amount of hazardous substances. You can find the permitted quantities on our website. The sender must provide the information specified in the terms and conditions when ordering.
Driver notification - FI, SE, DK, NO
The driver will call the recipient before delivery.
Delivery without signature - FI, SE, DK, NO
The shipment can be left without the recipient receiving it in person or confirming the shipment.
Recipient freight - FI
The freight is charged to the recipient.
Heavy shipment - SE
When sending packages over 20 kg but under 35 kg to Sweden, this additional service “Heavy” must be selected.
Tyres - FI, SE, DK, NO
The additional service is mandatory when sending tires with PostNord Groupage. Please check the tire packaging instructions here.
