Tuetiimiä.fi is a Finnish, modern hobby funding service that connects teams in need of support and their supporters through an easy-to-use digital platform.
The idea for the service was born in 2019, when the founders noticed that fundraising for teams and classes had remained at the level of the 90s, even though the rest of the world had rapidly become digital. The idea was simple but revolutionary: to create a platform where clubs, teams, school classes and associations could raise funds without the traditional filling out of order forms and the huge logistics hassle in the hallways of homes. Teams save time and effort when supporters can buy products directly online and have them delivered directly to subscribers quickly and effortlessly.
The pilot version of the service, released in 2020, found its users immediately. Fundraisers and companies enthusiastically welcomed the new operating model, and a large part of new teams still start on the recommendation of a friend.
Today, Tuetiimiä.fi employs six people, and during the high seasons, over 24,000 support products are purchased through the service per month. Thanks to its own development team, the service can be continuously improved. The goal is to offer Finland's best solution for covering hobby costs and other fundraising.
The service has received exceptionally positive feedback. Users are particularly grateful for two things. Saving time and effort when products are delivered directly to subscribers without intermediaries, and a wide and high-quality product selection from which supporters can choose the option they like.
