How do I get my parcel?

The parcels delivered to the home are are most often delivered on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Some areas also have evening delivery from 4:30 to 9 p.m.

Parcels going to pick-up points or parcel locker are generally delivered on the second business day after they have arrived in Finland.

How do I pick up my parcel?

You will receive a notification when the parcel can be picked up from a service point or parcel locker. At the service point, you must show either the PIN code of the shipment or a photo ID and the tracking number of the shipment. With Pakettipiste parcel locker, you need a code to open the compartment, which you get in the arrival notification. To open a Lähiboksi, you need PostNord's mobile app and a Bluetooth connection. Where is my parcel?

You can follow the status of your parcel in the PostNord application or on our website. If you don't have a package tracking ID, or you can't find tracking information with the ID, or there are errors in the tracking information, please contact the sender of the shipment. How do I receive the parcel?

Please note that your parcel will be automatically attempted to be delivered once. If you are not at home, check the tracking to see if your package has been delivered to the default pick-up point in the area or if a new delivery needs to be arranged through customer service.

How do I return the parcel?

The return must always be agreed with the sender. If the parcel comes with a return address label, stick the return address label on top of the parcel. Make sure the barcode is easily readable on a flat surface. You can return the shipment to any PostNord pick up point.

How long does it take for the parcel to arrive at the pickup point?

As a rule, the parcel arrives at the pick-up point on the second business day after it has arrived in Finland. For example, delivery from Central Europe usually takes about 3–5 business days. You can check the delivery time here Calculate delivery time.

Can I agree on an exact time to receive the package?

Unfortunately, we cannot agree on exact delivery times, but we can deliver the paarcel to another address where you are more reachable. The parcel can also be picked up from our terminal or we can make the delivery with a power of attorney.

What is a Lähiboksi?

Lähiboksi is PostNord's parcel locker that works with the help of a mobile app and Bluetooth. You can pick up your parcel from the nearest parcel locker around the clock.

Please note that you must have a smartphone and a Bluetooth connection.

Why can't I get information about the delivery attempt?

If you live in an apartment building where the bottom door is locked, unfortunately we cannot deliver your parcel and we cannot leave a notification when we arrive.
