Delivery to a pick up point

PostNord delivers your order quickly to your nearest service point or parcel locker

PostNord MyPack Collect parcel service delivers your order quickly and securely to your nearest pick up point. There are about 2400 pick up points in Finland, and those are located in shops (K-market, S-market, Lidl, R-kioski) and Pakettipiste parcel lockers. PostNord Lähiboksi, which work with the help of a mobile application, are also available outdoors, for example in connection with housing associations.

When the parcel has been delivered, you will receive a notification by SMS, email or letter. If you use the mobile app, you get all the information, including notifications in the app and you will not get a separate SMS. The notification contains instructions for picking up the parcel and the PIN code. The door of the PostNord Lähiboksi opens directly with the PostNord mobile application, and no code is required.

Parcel lockers

You can pick PostNord parcels from Pakettipiste parcel lockers or the new type of parcel lockers "PostNord Lähiboksi", which can be opened by the PostNord mobile app.
