Missing, damaged or delayed shipments

Is your shipment missing or have you received a shipment that has been damaged during transport?

The party paying for the freight can file a claim for compensation of the shipment.

The most convenient way to make a claim is through our customer portal. You can join the customer portal by contacting our sales team.

If you are not yet a customer portal user, you can fill out a claim form which you can request from our customer service.

The damaged good and its packaging material must be kept for our inspection. The damaged goods and packaging material must not be discarded without our approval. Our liability for damages is based on our terms of contract as well as the general agreements and imperative legislation binding the transport industry.
