Parcels straight to the address of your choosing
PostNord will mainly deliver parcels to your door on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. We also deliver in the evenings from 4.30 pm to 10 pm in the Helsinki metropolitan area (Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen, Kerava and Tuusula) and in Turku and Tampere.
How do I receive the parcel?
We will usually deliver the parcel to your mailbox or your door. If the sender has selected an additional service where the parcel is only handed over to the recipient or against receipt, you must be present to receive your parcel. We will inform you in the arrival notification whether we will deliver the package to your door or whether you must be present.
If you are supposed to be present to receive your parcel but are unable to do so, you can change the delivery to be left at your door or delivered to a pickup point either in the PostNord mobile app or in the Flexchange service that opens from the link in the arrival notification.
If the sender of the parcel has selected the additional service "Delivery against receipt", the parcel cannot be left at your door, but it can be delivered to a pickup point.
Parcels will be taken to the pick-up point if the recipient is not reached or the parcel can not be left at the door
The recipient will receive information about the pick-up point in the PostNord mobile app, via text message or email, as will previous arrival notifications related to the parcel.
The parcel will be delivered to the nearest possible pick-up point.
PLEASE NOTE! If you have questions regarding order changes or the contents of your parcel, or if you have any complaints, please contact the business that sent the goods. There is no automatic return right for a parcel after it has been delivered to the recipient
