Home delivery

Parcels straight to the address of your choosing

PostNord will mainly deliver parcels to your door on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. We also deliver in the evenings from 4.30 pm to 10 pm in the Helsinki metropolitan area (Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen, Kerava and Tuusula) and in Turku and Tampere.

PLEASE NOTE! If you have questions regarding order changes or the contents of your parcel, or if you have any complaints, please contact the business that sent the goods. There is no automatic return right for a parcel after it has been delivered to the recipient.

Parcels to be delivered home will be taken to the pick-up point if the recipient is not at home

The recipient will receive information about the pick-up point in the PostNord mobile app, via text message or email, as will previous arrival notifications related to the parcel.

The parcel will be delivered to the default pick-up point in the recipient's postal code area, defined by good opening hours and general accessibility to the area, such as good transport links and parking facilities.

You can follow your parcel online using the provided parcel ID.

With PostNord mobile app you can track your parcels, receive digital notifications, change home delivery to a service point or a terminal and give feedback.

Letter of authorization

Not in when your parcel was delivered to your home or place of work? A member of your household or another person in the company can sign for the parcel for you.
