Have you purchased something from an online store that you want to return? Always follow the return instructions provided by the online store. You can use our return services to return the parcel, depending on whether you received an return address label or a return code from the sender.

How do I return a parcel?

If the parcel includes a return address label, attach the label to the parcel. Make sure the barcode is easily readable on a flat surface. You can return the shipment to any PostNord pickup point.

If the parcel includes a return code, you can return the parcel by writing the code (eight digits) and your name on the parcel and taking it to either our service point or a parcel locker. For now, it is not possible to return a code to a PostNord Lähiboksi.

If you did not receive a return address label or code from the sender, always contact the sender for return instructions.
