Return with address label

The sender of the parcel has included a return address label with the shipment. Attach the return address label to the return parcel. Make sure that the barcode is easily readable on a flat surface and that the original address label has been covered or removed. You can return the shipment to any PostNord pickup point.

How do I return a parcel to a parcel locker?

Pakettipiste lockers

  •  On the display of the parcel locker, first select “Send”
  •  Follow the onscreen instructions to scan or enter the barcode on the return address label. Finally, select "OK".
  • Select the appropriate size locker for the package. The display shows how many lockers of different sizes are available.
  • No receipt will be printed for the return. Scanning the shipment during return serves as an acknowledgment.
  • If the parcel does not fit in the locker, the parcel can be returned to another PostNord pick-up point.

Lähiboksi parcel lockers

To return to a Lähiboksi, you need a return label and the PostNord app.

  •  You can only return a parcel only if the original sender has created a return shipment, and it is displayed in the "Send" section of the app.
  • Click on the information about the parcel to be returned and you can search for the nearest return point. Once you have found a suitable return point, you can reserve a fitting size locker. The reservation is valid for 30 minutes.
  • The app opens the camera. Scan the barcode on the parcel with the camera, after which the app will inform you that the locker is reserved.
  • Take the paparcel to the parcel locker within 30 minutes. You can extend the time once by 15 minutes.
  • At the Lähiboksi, connect the app to the Lähiboksi via Bluetooth.
  • Click "Open box". Open the door and put the parcel in. Close the door.
    The app will inform that the parcel is "waiting for pickup"
  • The "This is how it works" button will give you further instructions.
  • In the PostNord app, you can track the progress of the return.
