Service description Valid from 1st January 2017
|The parcel will be delivered to a collection point within 2 to 6 days.|
Shipping and marking
|As a contract customer, you can easily print out consignment documents using the Pacsoft Online system|
Collection of the shipped goods is included in the service, so you don't have to worry about anything else except packing the goods correctly.
|You can follow the progress of your parcel using electronic Track & Trace|
|The customer can collect the PostNord MyPack Collect parcel from our collection points in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Germany, Austria, Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg. The recipient will be notified of a parcel delivery in all countries by SMS or letter depending on the selected notification method. The recipient must verify their identity when collecting the parcel.|
|The shipment will be held at the collection point for 14 days in the Nordic countries and 7 otherwhere in the Europe, after which it will be returned to the sender for an additional fee.|
|Your customer can easily return the shipment. The PostNord Return Drop off return service gives you full control over your returns.|
|The price will be calculated by parcel. The rates are based on weight categories. 280 kg/m3 is the basis for calculating the volume weight.|

|Cash on Delivery (CoD)|
The recipient will pay by cash or bank card when they collect the parcel. The maximum amount is EUR 2,500 per parcel. The amount will be paid to the account specified by the sender in the destination country.
