The PostNord MyPack Collect service enables companies to send parcel deliveries to their customers to pick-up points in the Nordic countries and elsewhere in Europe.

PostNord MyPack Collect is ideal for you, whether your company has an online store or if you simply want a convenient way to send parcels to your customers. We collect parcels from your location and deliver them to a pick-up point located near the recipient. We deliver shipments to the Nordic countries and elsewhere in Europe via our comprehensive distribution network, which is constantly expanding.

Limits on dimensions

Minimum dimensions	Length 14 cm, width 9 cm and height 1,5 cm
Maximum length within Nordic countries 150 cm	Maximum length + circumference = 300 cm
Maximum length within other European countries 100 cm	Maximum length + circumference = 250 cm
Maximum weight	Within Finland 30 kg, to other countries 20 kg

Delivery time

The shipment will usually arrive at the recipient’s selected pick-up point in Finland within 1–2, in the Nordics 1–2 and in Europe 2–6 business days. There are regional differences in delivery times.

Arrival notice

The recipient receives a notice by text message, email or in mobile app when the shipment is available for collection. In the Nordic countries, the arrival notice may also be sent to the recipient by letter. There is a separate charge for this service. It is easy to follow shipments with the mobile app.

Parcels are stored at pick-up points for at least 7 days (there are differences in storage time from country to country). The arrival notification always contains information about the last day of collection. If the customer does not pick up the package, it will be returned to the sender at his expense.

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and Spain.
